How do I choose between Feminine Embodiment and Healing & Integration sessions?
If you're seeking to reconnect with your body, sensuality, and feminine energy, the Feminine Embodiment Session is for you. If you're navigating emotional wounds, transitions, or deep healing, the Healing & Integration Session offers space for release and transformation. You’re welcome to blend both paths depending on what your soul needs most.
What happens during a session?
Each session is intuitively guided and tailored to your unique journey. We may explore sound healing, breath work, emotional release, guided meditation, ritual, energetic healing, feminine embodiment practices, and reflective journaling. You’ll be held in a safe, nonjudgmental space to feel, express, and heal.
How long is each session?
Sessions typically last 60 minutes, but may vary slightly depending on your needs. You’ll receive full presence and support throughout.
Can I book a package instead of individual sessions?
Yes. The 6-Session Package offers a deeper, more transformative experience. You can choose Feminine Embodiment, Healing & Integration, or a blend of both. This package is ideal for women ready to commit to their healing journey.
What is your response time for emails or inquiries?
Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. I honor each message with care and intention, and I appreciate your patience as I hold space for every soul who reaches out.
Is this therapy?
While I am a trained therapist, these sessions are not clinical therapy. They are holistic, intuitive, and soul-led experiences designed to support emotional healing, feminine embodiment, and spiritual integration.
Can I reschedule or cancel my session?
Yes, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or reschedules made within less than 24 hours may be subject to a fee. I honor your time and ask that you honor mine in return.
